Apex-360 was designed as an companion of our  Inn-360 asset management software for Management companies and owners that manage multiple properties.  It gives the user a consolidated view of all their properties metrics such as room inspection scores per property and per region , work order call type per property and per region, housekeeping  call type per property and per region and much much more all in real time in one place!  No more waiting for reports from each property. With a few clicks, you can see how each property is doing compared to another.  You can see call issues that arise.  For example you see a high number of HVAC calls at two of your properties and after looking at the “equipment inventory”   in Inn-360 at each  property you find that the HVAC units were purchased from the same distributor  and are all the same brand . This can be accomplished with a few clicks never leaving your desk…

But what if you are not at you desk?  Well we thought of that too…. As with all of our software it was designed to by hotel people for hotel people and that includes the road warriors.  Apex-360 and Inn-360 are accessible anywhere there is an internet connection!  You can access it from a plane, train or even a little league game!

We realize that if you have more than one property, it can be difficult to really see the whole picture.   This was the goal in designing Apex-360 . We wanted to simplify the task of managing multiple properties by putting the data all in one place.
